TPCC (Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee) president A. Revanth Reddy on Sunday asked why CM K. Chandrashekar Rao was afraid of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s to Osmania University. At the invitation of student unions, Rahul Gandhi was scheduled to visit the university campus on the 7th of May, but the authorities denied permission for his visit, Revanth said. TPCC president also said that the KCR and his family were enjoying power as alms of AICC president Sonia Gandi and MP Rahul Gandhi.
Revanth Reddy said the civil society of Telangana should slap the TRS (Telangana Rashtra Samiti) leaders for their dictatorial rule in the Telangana state.
Meanwhile, the AICC spokesperson Dasoju Sravan, former presidents Ponnala Lakshmaiah, and V. Hanumantha Rao came down heavily on the state government for denying permission to the Rahul Gandhi’s meet with students at the Osmania University.
On Sunday, while speaking to reporters, Sravan challenged the TRS working president and minister KT Rama Rao for an open discussion in front of Arts College, on the issue of students and unemployed youth of Telangana.
