The BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party) has fielded the former joint director of ED, Rajeshwar Singh from Sarojini Nagar seat of Lucknow by denying a ticket to minister Swati Singh. On Tuesday, the party has released its eighth list comprising of 17 names and it has a couple of more surprises.
From Bhagwant Nagar, Unnai, the BJP has denied a ticket to Speaker-cum-veteran MLA Hriday Narayan Dikshit and replaced him with Ashutosh Shukla. Law minister Brajesh Pathak, who had won from Lucknow Central has been moved to Lucknow Cantonment.
